Had a delivery issue at first but the manager went above and beyond to correct it and had top notch customer service. Plus the food was great!!

My husband and I absolutely love Chop Chop! We drive 45 miles every week just to eat here because it's the best. Everything is always fresh. I wholeheartedly recommend Chop Chop—it's truly fantastic!

Food was absolutely delicious but the girl at the window could use a little customer service refresher. Price was a little much for the amount of food received in my opinion but overall we will be back. Hopefully the customer service is better next time.Food: 5/5

The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The service was quick, and the staff had a friendly attitude and a smile. I can't speak for the interior since I only used the drive-thru, but I rated it two stars because of the location; I wouldn't feel safe here at night. Food: 5/5.

It took about 20 minutes to receive our order since they had already closed the grill, and they forgot to include our wontons and egg rolls. This was quite disappointing. If the restaurant closes at 9 PM, that’s fine, but they need to update their information accordingly. It seems that the employees may have taken it upon themselves to close early. View menu

This is not the right place for Chinese or Japanese fried rice. I visited while touring the TTU campus, and my fried veggie topping was overwhelmingly salty, as if someone had poured a whole can of salt onto it. The chicken was tough and chewy. I really should have asked for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've also checked Yelp, and I don’t understand why the Google reviews are positive when the food is clearly subpar.

It was my first time trying out Chopchop and it was horrible. Food was horrible and very salty and meat was very chewy, for how much they charge they could definitely do better with portion sizes. Secondly I saw an employee smoking in her car and proceeded to enter the building smelling like marijuana , mind you I’m with my kids. Not to mention there was a male employee who literally made a drug deal in front on my kids. The service was horrible employees listening to music , walking out the bathroom smoking on vapes and using profanity. Atmosphere didn’t seem or feel family oriented or kid friendly. I definitely will be making a call

This was our first time dining at Chop Chop, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy the menu was to navigate compared to other Asian restaurants. The concept revolves around a choice of meat with rice, or a low-carb vegetable option. Their website highlights their motto: "Simple. Fresh. Fast." They truly delivered on all those fronts and beyond. We both opted for the low-carb selections—mine was with steak, and my wife chose chicken. I had miso soup as an appetizer, while she enjoyed egg rolls. Everything we tasted was delicious. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very attentive.
