"Today, at 3:32 PM, I called to place another order, but it was difficult to get through. The woman who answered recognized me immediately because I had complained about waiting two hours for my last delivery. She knew my address before I even mentioned it. I found out that lunch orders end at 3:30 PM, so she said she couldn’t take my order. I reminded her that I had waited two hours for delivery last time and still paid for the meal and tipped the driver. I didn’t think it was unreasonable to ask for a couple of extra minutes on the lunchtime special, especially since I hadn’t complained much about the previous delay. She was adamant that she couldn't accept a lunch order. I called back to speak with the owner. The man who picked up claimed to be the owner, though he struggled with English. He insisted that I couldn’t place a lunch order because of the time, and he didn’t even apologize for the previous two-hour wait. The service here is absolutely terrible, especially for a business in the USA; they should be able to communicate effectively in English. Thank you, but no thanks. I wouldn’t even give this restaurant half a star based on the treatment I received, though I felt compelled to write a review."
