"I would recommend going elsewhere. This place feels like a rip-off and isn’t worth your time. I wanted honey walnut shrimp with lo mein, but they said they don't offer that option. Instead, they charged me nearly $14 for a small portion of shrimp served cold with the sauce on the side. I understand they might do this to prevent the shrimp from becoming soggy, but the appeal of honey walnut shrimp is that it's supposed to be cooked and caramelized. To top it off, they forgot to include the rice that normally comes with the entree. The walnuts were dry, burnt, and bitter. Honestly, even Panda Express is a better option, and you can get a similar portion for just $10."

Food always comes out fresh, hot and quick. I love their orange chicken. One of the best. Prices are affordable and portions are large, too.

A quick place to get a simple boba fix. Currently no dine in. I just like going for the vibe because the lady working there is so sweet and kind.

Quick service and absolutely delicious! The owner recognizes me and my dog, which adds a personal touch to the experience. Excellent customer service! Don’t miss out on the barbecue pork fried rice. View menu

I came across several negative reviews regarding the new owners, but I found the staff to be friendly and the food to be delicious. It's a classic Chinese takeout experience. Parking is also plentiful.

They started doing a trick where they reverse the take out box and give less food... So grimey.... Not cool ... Less rice than any other place in town....This is a trick used to give less food. I love to eat and this place just fell off the map.

We have been coming here for about 10 years. We love this place. The food is quite delicious, and the family that owns it is lovely! They are always kind and always go above and beyond in terms of service and customer relations. They almost always include something extra for my kids and even insist on carrying my order out to the car. Considerate and wonderful people!I'm not sure what another reviewer was talking about in terms of a change in ownership. The same people have been providing amazing service for as long as we have been coming here. View menu

My family has been eating here for several years now and always enjoy our food. The food does vary a tad bit depending on who is cooking but otherwise it's consistent. We usually order the kung pao chicken, pepper steak, beef and broccoli, szechuan steak, orange chicken (no, it's not like Panda's), veggie chow mein, and spring rolls. The soups are good too but we usually order them during cooler weather. We usually order take-out and the food is always prepared in a timely manner. During Covid they started closing on Wednesdays, so be aware of that.

Ordered Orange General Tso's chicken Fried rice. The orange chicken was delicious will definitely order again. the General tso lacked flavor could've been spicier. The rice was good (the secret to good fried rice is the green onions egg) My only complaint is I'm pretty sure they gave us stale fried rice, it was hard and cold upon delivery. Upside is Delivery was fast as the restaurant is literally 4 min away from me, which is even more disappointing considering the rice situation. Overall for the price and quality I'd only order for lunch and order and pick up myself so I know I'll be getting fresh food.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
