I have ordered 2 taco salads recently. The first had dried out taco meat that was inedible. When I called I was assured it was fresh. The second was full of rotten lettuce and actually had a lettuce core in it. I am sad that this is the food quality that Cole Farms has now.

I 've been here twice once right after the renovation and then tonight. I thought that maybe they were having an off day the first time I went but that doesn 't seem to be the case. They were out of half the things on the menu, and what they did serve was boiling hot in some places but cold in others. And while we were trying to eat the food we were served the cooks in the kitchen were blasting death metal music so loud we could hear it from the far end by the 'bar ' of the restaurant. If you 're thinking of going back before they close for good maybe think twice if you are looking for anything other than a nostalgic visit. This was what there fried mozzarella was presented as.

Cole Farms Restaurant and Pub has been around since the 1950s, but this past weekend was my first time dining there. The food was decent and enjoyable. You can choose to eat in the restaurant or the bar, depending on your mood and whether a game is on. I ordered the Barburger with fries. Although I requested it medium, it was served less cooked than I'd hoped. However, I didn't send it back because the flavor was outstanding, and the bacon was cooked to my liking.
