"Not at all worth the price. Food was the saving grace (club sandwich was legit), but I’ve had better service at Taco Bell. The bar staff not only didn’t want to be there, they verbalized it to each other, and then demonstrated it to me the entire time I was there.Considering my cocktail cost more than my entree (a shot of bulliet bourbon is $33), Fairmont must be embarrassed at what they are willing to allow."

Great service and tasty food, and a nice view out the window of pedestrian traffic.

Friendly bartender but $27 for a single glass of Rosé? (Hampton Water Rosé is the only Rosé option too. Pass.

Food REALLY BAD, burger was dry and plain, potatoes were cold and old and dry!!! (See picture). And it was 22$ for a bad burger.

I had a fantastic breakfast here while on a work trip. Good omelets and very friendly service. Fairly priced considering it’s attached to a Fairmont. View menu

FYI: Ice is $3 here. Not kidding. “On the rocks” will show an extra $3 charge for cocktails and beverages. That’s why I’m leaving this 1-star review.

Cold bland beef fat french fries. Super greasy short rib sandwich. Abnormally small fish with the fish and chips. Drinks were so-so. The Cobb salad with Michigan salmon was 5 star though!

I went there for breakfast after going to dinners that had 30 minutes wait lines.Thank goodness it did not disappoint us. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The home fries were perfect! View menu

Would have been a five star but no heads up about only 6 way split checks, would not split our group up to eight when we were able to tell them exactly what we had. Do not recommend if you are a large group.

Stayed at the connected hotel and ate here twice for convenience. Food was really good and the service was great. I had a burger the night before and it was huge and well made. The breakfast was nice as well and we got a nice view from the restaurant

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
