We were so sad to see La Perla go, however, CFU is amazing! Pizza is very similar and staff is great. We order at least twice a month

Perfectly crunchy focaccia from their stone oven. They provide crisped garlic to dress your balsamic vinegar/oil dipped bread in. It's a wonderful combination. The caprese salad was robust and very satisfying. You can find some favorite styles and completely unique beers to savor. Wow! We absolutely loved the food here today. The mushroom barley soup and borscht were perfect on this rainy day. We also ordered a calabrese pizza to share and they brought out a good helping of freshly shaved parmesan that we happily dumped on top. The woodfired crust was cooked to perfection. The food was better than good, it was quite tasty. However it was overshadowed by the complete lack of attentiveness of the wait staff.
