"Terrible experience! Beware they charge for water and don't tell you! Also charged me for a fountain drink and milkshake but I only ordered a milkshake! The kids meals are only $1 cheaper but if you order a milk shake it's almost the same price as the regular meal with a milkshake! The burger for the kids meal is half the size of the bun! The kids said it was nasty and yea with that little meat I believe them! The food wasn't that good either, most of the food was either burnt or cold! The men's bathroom was so disgusting that a 7 year old refused to use it. I had to walk him to Arby's to use the bathroom there."

Depends on who’s working. Portions and quality of food/service range widely. Don’t ask for a side of quesadillas sauce. They act like it’s gold. Always “out” of tortillas for quesadillas but have them for chicken wraps?? View menu

How can they go wrong with the cookout? if they were not yet there, they have some of the best combos in the city for the cheapest price. they love their sweet tee and the shakes are also good. corn dogs are great and the Cajun-Fries are amazing.

I usually never have issues at this cookout. But today while I was trying to place my order in the drive-thru some lady started yelling at me. Totally unprofessional and rude! If you don't like your job go somewhere else. Hey everywhere is hiring right now!

Cook Out offers delicious food at a great price. However, the orders are often mixed up and incorrect. For example, if you order coleslaw or a BBQ plate, you might not receive a fork. Most of the time, there are no napkins either. Despite these issues, the food itself is fantastic! View menu

Of course the prices went up which you can expect but the portions of fries and cold slaw was smaller but we were really really disappointed that the cashier plus online didn’t say anything about the milk shakes where you couldn’t get one for a $1.00 extra in exchange for your soda which we did in the pass. For 2 people our bill was $18.00 and we could have eaten at Golden Corral for that and got all we wanted to eat plus dessert plus soft serve ice cream. I called head quarters and all she said was I am sorry. Won’t be going back again!

This situation is becoming absurd. They keep messing up our orders. Today, they served us an order that completely belonged to someone else. To make matters worse, the timestamp on that order was over 10 minutes before we even arrived. Did they give us food that someone else had returned because it was wrong? There’s no way to call them directly, and their main contact number simply asks us to leave a message. With gas prices being what they are, we really don’t want to make another trip just to sort this out, especially since we don’t want to check each item in our car. I would recommend avoiding this place.
