"This is a cheap Chick-fil-a location right on Highway 295 near Richmond, VA. It is not visible from the highway or even the exit, but there are signs to help riders navigate to the restaurant. We arrived at this place a little after 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and the ride thru line expanded into the surface street. The place was full. The line moved pretty fast. We ordered a number of articles and they were all hot and tasty. The meal we ordered with frits and a drink came out without frits. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they quickly brought us out pommes. This is a pretty decent location with fast and friendly service."

The food was delicious, as always, and our order was accurate. My husband did have to go ask for Chick-fil-a sauce. The only issue was that the drive through line was about a 20 minute wait.

The spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh, though a bit greasy, which made it a bit messy to eat. I really appreciated the staff giving me a cup of water for my dog who came along with me! However, I was disappointed not to find a receipt in my pocket. Overall, it was a fantastic chicken sandwich, and the service was excellent.

The food is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, but the service is quite slow due to the popularity of this location. There's a constant flow of customers in the drive-thru, the parking lot, and inside the restaurant. Despite having plenty of employees working, the wait can still be long. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

We go here often, as we obviously like the food. But i really hate it when we get home with our order of salads and there are no dressings in the bag! This evening we ordered 3 salads to go at the drive thru, got home and no dressings! This has happened to us several times at this location. As always, Chick-fil-A delivers on flavor and consistency. We visited during lunchtime, and it was quite hectic, with cars lined up on the main road. Since we had our motorhome, we parked at Taco Bell and walked over to pick up a carryout order. The food is usually hot and crispy, especially when they’re busy, so I had no concerns there. Despite the crowd, I was impressed with how quickly my order was ready—I was back in the motorhome in about 10 minutes. Overall, a satisfying experience!
