"I haven't come across a better mussels restaurant in the DC metro area. While they do offer other dishes, I only go there for the mussels. One kilo is a hearty serving, and there are plenty of recipe options to choose from on the menu. I've tried most of them, but last night I had the Jamaican Isle for the first time. It features celery, onions, herbs, coconut cream, and beer. Oh my, it was like heaven in a mussel pot! It had a slight sweetness and just the right kick of spice. As always, the mussels were cooked to perfection."
