The worst Southern Fried Chicken I have ever had. Did not taste freshly cooked.

I have never been to this restaurant for breakfast before, but it was excellent. There was a line to be seated, but it moved quickly. The staff were friendly and the food service was prompt.

The waitress was very rude and left us with empty glasses of drinks before we were done eating. We eat there every Sunday morning and have never had service that bad.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free View menu

We had a fantastic experience at the Shreveport, LA location on Memorial Day around 5pm. Our waiter was perfect, with a great smile and helpful demeanor. Unfortunately, we can't remember his name, but he mentioned it was his birthday. The store was wonderful and the cashiers were very sweet. Highly recommend!

I've been there many times and it was the first time that I was there that the service was really bad. and they weren't that crowded so everything else is pretty good. I'm saying our waitress bring bread to other people after she told us that she would bring our bread in a minute then she took other people's orders before ours it was just really a bad experience.

I visited Cracker Barrel yesterday morning, which is always my go-to place when traveling. I was attended to by a new waitress named Avery, who was absolutely fantastic. She checked on me several times and was very prompt with everything. The food was delicious - I had 2 eggs, biscuits, and a side of bacon. The scrambled eggs were perfectly done. I have no complaints at all! Also, just kidding, but a friend wanted to know why Brad's wife was fired. Thank you for providing me with a great breakfast and a relaxing place to rest during my trip. The food at this restaurant was disappointing. The dumplings were overly soft, the green beans were oily, and the chicken-fried chicken lacked any real flavor. Service was slow, with our waitress only visiting our table once and spending most of her time attending to another table. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable, as the couple seated behind us was quite loud and disruptive; the woman was on a speakerphone call while the man played a noisy game. To make matters worse, the waitress at the table next to us had visible underwear, which felt distracting and unprofessional. I try not to leave negative reviews, but this place sorely disappointed me... Arrived to pick up my order at curbside a little early and went ahead and checked in... After sitting in curbside parking for about 15 minutes after my order was said to be completed, I thought maybe I should call and check on the order... Called and called and called, nobody answered the phone... I ended up having to go in and wait another 20 minutes for my curbside order , only to be told the phones aren 't working, and THEN I noticed my entire order wasn 't there... OMG!!! Their food is great! I had the hamburger steak w/a garden salad and fully loaded baked potato. That salad and potato was so good and big that I couldn't even eat my hamburger steak. I brought it home. My wife had meat loaf, loaded sweet potato and cut corn. She also had tea but I wanted a cross between tea and something not so sweet. My hostess, Tia suggested an Arnold Palmer. She was absolutely right! It was perfect. (And it's not even on the menu. The temperature was perfect but the flavor was even better!!! Can't wait to go back!!!
