"My husband and I were there October 1st and attempted to get into a nearby restaurant that had a two hour wait. We wandered the area and stumbled upon Crudo. It was rather empty at the hour (about 3:30pm) and a first we weren't sure they were open. We walked in and there were a couple people sitting down eating, but overall very quiet. Inside was small, but beautiful. A lot of small touches and details in the decor. Our waiter was so patient with us and even offered us additional options that weren't on the regular menu. My absolute favorite thing (although every single thing we ordered was amazing) was the One Night Stand. I highly recommend this place and we will be back next time we go to Boston. Thank you for the amazing food and wonderful staff."

Crudo was incredible! The eel sushi, the Gyoza and pad Thai were fantastic! Jose was an incredible waiter and gave great recommendations:

Went for Sunday brunch with my daughters. Service and food was amazing. Presentation of the dishes was beautiful. Can't wait to go for dinner to try their dinner menu! View menu

Great selection of sake and craft beer including organic options!! Must try the ceviche as well as lobster tsunami, white water and stoned crab rolls! Loved the overall atmosphere and the music set a great vibe!

Calamari appetizer was deliciously spicy and tangy. I got the $20 General Gao's chicken dish for dinner. It was good, but be prepared for standard picky-eater Chinese cuisine. I regret not getting some of the sushi dishes I saw come out.

Best asian food I've had in Boston, everything is amazing and carefully plated. The drinks are to die for and the service is always top level, the staff is friendly and know very well the menu and what goes with what. I go there all the time, the nibbles especial is great when having drinks with friends. View menu

Jessica, behind the bar, was awesome! The kitchen is exceptionally smart about combining flavors in the rolls. 'Cordial license ' meaning you can get beer--solid selection of 5 or 6 that go well with the menu--or wine and a narrow selection of cocktails. Nice atmosphere and friendly people. Very nice addition to the North End. Some very clever combos on the menu as well, such as a sushi lasagna.

Crudo is hands down one of the best new additions to the neighborhood. The food has gotten increasingly more impressive since they opened. Don't like sushi? No problem. The menu is so diverse, even my pickiest friends have a ton to choose from. The brunch is out of this world. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out. Pork belly hash? Crab rangoon omelette? Fried doughnuts? Absolutely insane. The playlist sets the perfect relaxing atmosphere and the staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this place. You'll want to come here for every meal!

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
