"The menu may be limited, but that’s typical for a small town. We visited on a Wednesday, and Dad was excited to try the Bohemian dinner, which included roast pork, potatoes and gravy, sauerkraut, canned peas and corn, rye bread, and canned applesauce. He thoroughly enjoyed it and declared it the best sauerkraut he’s ever had. The server mentioned that they use a family recipe for it. The staff was warm and welcoming, which added to the experience. It's nice that they offer a different home-cooked meal every day. My cheeseburger was good—nothing out of the ordinary, but it hit the spot. The potato wedges were also very tasty and served hot. The wait for our food was just what we expected. It was a pleasant surprise that the owner took the time to sit down and chat with us."

The food was reasonably priced and tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly, making it feel like visiting your grandparents for a meal. I will definitely return soon!

Had a traditional Czech dinner and it was delicious! Staff/owners are very friendly. Great place for lunch, and we traveled over 60 miles to eat there. Will definitely go again.

Loved this place all my life. Even after a fire burned it to the ground, Cy's rebuilt and continued. Miss old Cy, them Sunday donuts were the best! If theyre open, its worth the stop for some good home cooked food. View menu

The burgers and fried foods are delicious and straightforward, with the batter on the onion rings and fried chicken tasting like it was made at home. I look forward to returning on a day when they offer Czech specials!

I recently visited Cy's for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience! Janet, the host, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She suggested I try the Wednesday lunch special, which included pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, and sweet sauerkraut. It was absolutely delicious! I'm already looking forward to trying more of the daily specials in the future.

This restaurant offers great American cuisine, but don't expect to find salads as a main dish—it's definitely a meat and potatoes kind of spot. Janet served us the roast beef and a burger, both of which were delicious. Make sure to taste your food before adding salt, as it was perfectly seasoned. Overall, the service was excellent. We dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. View menu

We drove from Lincoln for their Friday night carp. Totally delicious. Atmosphere is super laid back and fun. Thought I was in my auntie or grandma's super big kitchen with friends and family. Clean place, inviting faces, and personable customer service. Seasoned, hot food. Wonderful price with huge quality. After traveling to a famous restaurant in Omaha for carp for many years and gradually being let down year after year, my hope for carp kn Nevraska has been restored! Worth the 44 min travel

We drove from Lincoln to try their Friday night carp, and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is incredibly laid back and fun, making me feel like I was in my aunt's or grandmother's spacious kitchen surrounded by friends and family. The restaurant is clean, with friendly faces and attentive customer service. The food is well-seasoned and served hot. The prices are excellent for such high quality. After years of disappointment at a well-known restaurant in Omaha for carp, my hope for great carp in Nebraska has been revived! It was definitely worth the 44-minute drive.
