Understaffed (at least what the sign said). Food fair, nothing to brag about. Nice facility, but felt somewhat unclean (food crumbs on table and floor, tables and chairs not straightened). Byrdstown could be better served.

This Dairy Queen is a well oiled machine for sure. The 3 ladies working on a Saturday night got our very large mobile order perfectly right. We showed up about 7 minutes after ordering and they already had everything ready for us when we got there. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Byrdstown, TN location. Let me start by saying, dining room is closed. There are plenty of parking areas around the location. We ordered and received food fairly quick. This was 2nd tournament in Toyota Central Division at Dale Hollow Lake. Had another awesome time… 285 boats fished, ended up in 66 place after 2days, sitting in 73rd overall, shooting for top 50 to make the championship tournament at the end of the year. Headed to Chickamauga in May, so see you there..

I drove through the drive thru about 4:55 pm. I asked out of respect if it was still happy hour? They said no. I said isn't happy hour from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Oh yeah it's still happy hour. I ordered a large strawberry shake. I told them to mix it up good please. Well they gave me a shake that had whole strawberries still in it. I couldn't even drink it for the strawberries getting stuck in the straw.
