You absolutely have to try the fish sauce wings and the crispy Peking duck steamed buns! Both were delicious, and I would definitely return. Tuan provided fantastic service! (Apologies for the picture—we finished our plates!)

Friendly service and the best pho I have had in a long time. And the jasmine tea was so refreshing! The atmosphere of the restaurant does not live up to the caliber of the food that is served there. I don't live in BR but the next time I visit, this is where I'm going again.
