"We dined at Daphne's for my husband's birthday. As soon as you walk in, you're warmly greeted and shown to your table. The comfort of the fireplace and antiques surround you. Our waitress Candy was a joy. She was pleasant, curtious, friendly and, had a sense of humor. The food was beyond outstanding. We did splurge on a bottle of wine and it was well worth it. The cost is a bit over average and again, worth every penny."

My only complaint is a reservation was made for 6pm .. we arrived on time there was only one other party sitting in the same dining space that already had drinks … it took 14 minutes from the time the hostess sat us before our waitress came to take drink orders. Everything else was good!!!

Food quality was there for sure. Service was sufficient. Presentation was lacking. When paying $50+ pp, I would at the very least expect a chilled salad plate and a twice baked potato that was piped thru a pastry bag. I won't mention the individually wrapped club crackers or beer being served in the bottle. We enjoyed our meals and will return. Hope I didn't come off too snobby.
