"First of all, what was I thinking? Traveling with a large family of seven kids on Christmas Day? I thought we'd be able to avoid the crowds, but instead, there were none. It was eerily quiet—almost apocalyptic. Every business was closed, and the only restaurant open was Denny's. When we arrived, we requested a table for nine and, as expected, found out we’d have to wait about an hour. So we had a clever idea to check our route and call the nearest Denny's about an hour ahead for takeout. We placed an order for nine cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks to be ready in an hour. The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The meal turned out to be perfect! Those were the best burgers we've ever had—there's something about hunger that makes food taste even better. Thank you, Denny’s, for being open on Christmas Day!"

Friendly staff, place was clean inside and out. Got seated right away. Fast on getting orders out, everything was right as we ordered, food was hot and tasted great.

The visit was a mess. They seemed understaffed the power went out, which knocked the credit card machine out. But even though it took a while, the staff was pleasant the food was tasty. It wasn't a Grand Slam but maybe a solid double.

I visited for an early afternoon lunch, and both our waitress and the food were excellent! Although the white gravy on the chicken fried steak was a bit thin, the chicken, bacon, and ranch sandwich was the best I’ve had in a long time. Our waitress was very attentive, and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely return!

We arrived at 3:00 PM and found that there was only one server and one chef working, which made them quite busy. It took an hour for our food to arrive, but the server was incredibly friendly throughout our wait. The food was delicious, and to top it off, she gave us a discount for the long wait. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual breakfast spot at 3 o'clock.

The only downside was the other server who arrived late. My waitress seemed upset about the situation, and I completely understand why, especially with the lack of communication. When my waitress asked this late server to give a heads-up next time, the response was unnecessary and confrontational, which was disheartening to witness. Ging there this afternoon and my waitress was great, I wish I knew her name, but all I can say is that she had it together. She was alone, very busy and our food came in a timely fashion, Kudos to the cook was great. Only something I have to complain about is the other server that went too late. My server was annoyed, to which I would not communicate. When my server called her the next time, this server assumed to lay her hands. Very annoying and bad that my server had to deal with it.
