Aloha! Not bad at all. I had the Tuesday special with three ribs, and it was really tasty. I only wish I had ordered four ribs, but overall, I enjoyed it a lot!

This restaurant is definitely one of the best places in the area. Every time I go, I'm always completely satisfied. They consistently provide excellent service and great food. You can't go wrong choosing this spot. Highly recommend!

Super clean place, with an AMAZING respectful lady name Bin Nahren. She is very helpful, brought the food quickly, the food was so delicious and warm enough. She was so nice and polite to us even when my son spilled some ice cream she came quickly to helpand clean. Thank you. We will come again and again View menu

I walk in and they tell me i cant order food or create a online order at 7:20 pm they close till 9pm. They lady behind the counter very rudely said she does not honor specials online because they are texas pricing. Dont go to this dickies the one insan bernardino and highland have way better customer service.

Great staff but their app online ordering suck. I ordered something from my Loyalty/rewards points the app froze during the payment transaction, therefore deleting my points. This also happened to me at another location on another device. I emailed the corporate have yet to receive a response...its been a week.

Dirty! Our whole family got sick after eating here. No masks by workers in this day and age. Terrible service, bbq sauces were empty and I can?t believe you would still allow ?self serv? on these items in this day and age. You do not project a goodappearance at all. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We were extremely pleased with both the tasty food and the friendly service we received. Thanks to Nathan, we will undoubtedly be coming back. Also, I should mention—nothing spilled in my car on the way home! Nathan packed everything perfectly, including the sauces, with not a single drop out of place. First impressions can sometimes disappoint, but this experience went off without a hitch!

My boyfriend and I tried to eat at this location even though the reviews were mixed. We walked in and there were no diners. It also appeared that there were no employees. The doorbell went off when we walked in so the employees heard us come in. We waitedfor a few minutes and no one acknowledged us or came out to help us so we left. I wasn?t even sure if anyone was there or ifthey forgot to lock up. We walked to a different restaurant instead. On our walk back, we passed back by Dickey?s and we saw twoemployees standing inside talking. Apparently they don?t need business all that bad.

This location is horrible. I placed an online order with a free sandwich promo code I received via email. Shortly after, I received a nasty voicemail from the owner. She was basically yelling and said ?if I just gave food away for free I wouldn?t havea business, you can come pick up the stuff you paid for but you cannot have the sandwich for free?. I receive these offers allthe time, how was I supposed to know that this particular location doesn?t accept them. I contacted corporate about this becausethat voicemail was uncalled for.
