"I recently visited Mons in the City and had a fantastic experience. The entire team of employees are huge Royals fans, which is great to see. They were some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in the restaurant industry. The portion sizes were generous – my friend Aaron even needed a to-go box. Our server, Teresa, was amazing and the owner, who we believe was the woman sitting opposite us, was very nice and engaging. I loved the BBQ sauce so much that I bought some to take home and improve my cooking skills. If you're looking for a great BBQ joint with friendly staff, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Mons in the City and will definitely be returning in the future. If you ever make it to Wisconsin Dells, be sure to visit and mention my name for excellent service."

"I was quite disappointed when I received my bill. I had decided not to order a drink, and the server recommended two sides, which I assumed would be priced similarly to a meal with a drink. Additionally, when I ordered a second dish, the price differed from what was advertised on the marquee. It turned out that the marquee displayed the price for the chicken, one side, and a drink, rather than just for the meal itself. Despite my specific request for the meal, the server failed to inform me that the price would be different from what was shown. This miscommunication ended up costing me nearly $5 more than I anticipated. If he had just explained the price difference, I wouldn’t have ordered the way I did, as I was relying on the marquee’s pricing. Furthermore, it's essential to have someone taking orders who speaks clear English and at a pace that's easy for the average person to understand."

"We felt like we were the ones waiting on Brandy, rather than the other way around. We waited for five minutes before having to ask her if she would take our dinner order, which set the tone for the night: very slow service, even though it was a quiet Wednesday. We never received the mushroom appetizer we ordered. Every time we interacted with Brandy, it seemed like we were interrupting her conversations with the other waitstaff. While the drinks were great and the food was good (though I can't comment on the mushrooms, unfortunately), I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely won’t be returning."

"We had a great experience at this restaurant in Cameron. It was conveniently located near our home. The food was fresh and the manager, Maddie, was incredibly nice. She went out of her way to help us and we cannot praise her enough. We would definitely not hesitate to dine here again!"

"Omgosh boys! We had an appointment in Cameron, Missouri and arrived in the city for an hour. We had lunch in Robyn’s on E 3rd Street. I love the look and donation of the obviously very old building. The service was fast and friendly, but the fondue! I had the (fried) chicken sandwich and pommes, my daughter a burger and pommes and we shared fried pickles. Ahh-mazing. Really, really, very good, perfectly prepared and served hot. I'm sure I'll come back here when I'm in the area. That's not very often, but all the time until then I'll dream of trying the tender.
