"First off on walking in the atmosphere was different than usual times I have been there. The ladies at the front took about 5-8 min to even acknowledge us and even when they did they kept interrupting us to finish our order so they could go back to their side conversations. I worked at subway for a year and a half and was always taught to never ignore the customer and if your busy with another order or customer tell the customer you will be with them as soon as possible. And there was 5 girls up there so one of them could have atleast even said hi how are you we will be with you in a minute not just ignoring us and giving a rude attitude like we weren’t supposed to order food. I worked in customer service for a while now and that isn’t how to treat a customer. And I had a interview at lock stock a while ago and am glad I didn’t take the job how can you sit there and say your employees are always happy and nice when no one had a smile on there face and no one cared to help customers until they had a line? Like that doesn’t just come back on your employees that comes back on your and your reputation as a owner do better"

"Used to love coming to eat here whenever I got the chance but I feel like the last couple of times I have gone to eat here the food has been extremely salty. The taste of the food would be great if there was way less salt. When I came here to eat in the fall the salt level on the food and wedding soup was perfect, I enjoyed the food very much, and recommended the people I know to come here for good Italian food. But the last couple times I’ve been here this year the wedding soup has been way too salty and is unbearable to eat along with the pasta dishes I ordered. I tried to give this place a second chance but it’s disappointing since this used to be my favorite Italian spot to eat at. "The wings are AMAZING and so are the fresh fries! I live in NC but anytime I'm within an hour drive, I stop here for dinner! Seriously the best wing sauces ever. The hot dogs are on point as well! I love the hot chili sauce. Definitely a great place to get take out or dine in. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but only because they stay so busy cause the food is off the charts and the prices are the best around! If you've never eaten here, you need to go right now."

"The restaurant did not give me the items that I ordered and substituted them without informing me. The chicken was too spicy for my liking, and when I called to inquire, they mentioned that they were out of the original dish so they made a substitution. They also promised to refund me $10 for a $21 order."

"I haven't been there in a while, since the pandemic hit. As it caused their hours to change and fluctuate. However, I believe they're open again. Double check. Anyway, my friends and I used to stop in pretty often. It is a really nice place. Really cool and cute decorations and the place is clean and plenty of space. They have a distinct large coffee cup on the roof, which I like and outdoor seating as well. The staff and owners are always nice and helpful. They have a wide selection of foods and drinks. Mostly your expected fair from a nice coffee house. Various pastries, occasionally, some more exotic than others. Then more substantial meals. Salads, wraps, etc. Drinks from various coffees and teas, to more exotic drinks, soft drinks etc. Our favorite was the blooming teas. Taste great and visually, very cool with the flower inside the pot. I don't usually give 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 etc. Because,I feel no business or service, even ones I provide, are beyond flaw or need for improvement. However, I've been thinking about it differently lately. Instead of assuming there must be a flaw, as nothing is perfect, instead, I feel, why ding something, just because you think it's logical? If you have no complaints, then why deduct? And I've never had a bad experience of any kind here. Great local business that I hope comes through this all intact and keeps going for many years to come. Big recommendation."
