"We came to your place of business because of the area in the excitement to check out somewhere new. I took my motherinlaw to your place so we could celebrate her birthday and your staff was less than ready for this upcoming visit. Keep in mind that in the reservation I marked it as birthday celebration but yet that one person acknowledged the fact that we were there for a birthday. Once the waitress came to our table, she was more concerned and take care of other items except us as newly seeded customers. The waitress did not take a complete order the first of around, after she came back after I have to wave her down we order a bottle of champagne, then she left without even opening a bottle of champagne, I know someplace in the business do not like the customer opening their own bottle of champagne so I asked if that was something that I was supposed to do and you would’ve thought I asked to change the world. Overall I was not very impressed with this entire process and certainly not after spending the money we did for brunch"

"Lovely place! I got tonkatsu ramen and it was great. Partner got a few sushi pieces and thought they were very good. Service was amazing, came to check on us consistently, asked about our food and even helped pack up leftovers to go at the end. We came pretty late but the vibes were quiet, calm and cozy."

"Customer service is a hit or a miss here. I try to go back every so often, but it doesn 't seem to matter they are still lacking it. Food quality is so so. I ordered salmon. I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy. I was told gravy would cost a few more dollars. I was like what I 'm spending 33.00 for a plate of food, and ur charging me a few more dollars for gravy, absolutely not!! So I settled for something else, the smoked Mac n cheese. It 's definitely not good. They need to spend some more time adjusting it make it creamier it 's always dry. The one manager is super friendly. I am a perks card holder no one ever approached my table to say welcome back. I was here for a special occasion with someone. The experience was not good. The food was not the best! Hamburger over cooked fries a little over cooked. Let 's get it together!! Team work makes the dream work! Just sad you spend 70.00 and wasn 't the greatest"

"I would come back to try the Pho sometime. However, I wasn't all that impressed by what I tried the first time. The calamari was fairly bland. The sushi roll was alright, but I had trouble finding something that looked interesting that wasn't fried. I ordered a boba tea to go and it was so sweet that I couldn't finish it. I should have asked just how sweet the jasmine green tea was, but I figured it was a safer bet than others, since it was just tea. Knowing what I know now, I can order and get food drink more to my liking. However, the fact that I'd have to ask for changes for everything I order means this isn't the place for me, At least, for my own personal taste. I can definitely see that this is a local favorite though. The staff was also nice. But they did mess up my friend's boba order. They were quick to fix it though."

"I tried so hard to like any part of my meal. I just couldn’t no matter how hard I tried. This food is the worst food I have ever had. The school lunches taste better than this. I spent $70 to get nothing edible. It tastes like nothing and the only thing you can taste is whatever oil they use. It’s very very bland. Not worth even the time trying to place this meal."
