My first time this place! The service is great but the food not good I ordered chilaquiles and to me is like chips, salsa, sour cream and avocado is not real chilaquiles

I was visiting friends in Chicago and we decided to stop in for breakfast. The service was a little slow but add limited staffing. The mocha I got was good but took a while to show up. And the food was pretty good.

Let's start off by me saying I am a very selective and picky person. This place is exceptional in every way. The service was above and beyond, the food was delicious and the lattes were exquisite. Horchata latte is sweet and cinnamon taste.. Blue matcha free of caffeine sweet and soothing. I had the chilaquiles made a bit more spicy. To die for. Will be coming back! View menu

I’m so happy I went to Dulce de Leche Cafe! Food is wonderful!!! I tried the torta ahogada and it was AMAZING, I ordered the triple chocolate crepe with a side of the mazapan cream cheese (is something else! . The horchata and dulce de leche lattes were also incredibly tasty, perfect amount of sweetness. Last but not least, service is great, staff is friendly and make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!

Well, they weren't kidding about the crepes! I'm new to the area and I am so happy to have made my way to this café. My chorizo crepe was so tasty and well made. The fact that they have savory crepes as well as sweet is such a plus. Trust me, I've had skimpy crepes and these were not. Their signature lattes and donuts are also scrumptious. Please try it out, especially if you are already on the way to the Brown Line.
