Dunkin' - Menu

Service was slow. I ordered through the app and my order was not ready or complete when I arrived. It seemed like they were short staffed.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. This restaurant is superior to the other coffee place. I give this place a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.

Dunkin has started doing a pup cup of whipped cream for dogs, cost $1. The money goes to charity. Great idea! Thanks, Dunkin, for keeping my dog happy and turning it into a charitable contribution!

I love this Dunkin’ donuts! the service is very fast, the workers are very efficient, and overall everything was great! I just wanted everyone to know that if you need coffee somewhere when you are in a hurry, please go to this Dunkin’! very satisfied, much better than other dunkins I was.

the staff is extremely slow. while waiting for my food, two ladies talked on the line during the prepping, my eating in one hand, spat in the other. the poor guy at the window rolled his eyes and shroff. Probably couldn't say anything when you looked like a manager. my eating was cold, unacceptable behavior. please talk about their dates at home. thema was also impressive. by far the worst way I've ever experienced. Clean, fast, with excellent customer service. I give this restaurant a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The coffee was definitely a must-have. I dined in for brunch and the price per person was between $1-10. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Iced Latte, Wake Up Wrap Bacon Egg and Cheese, and their Donuts. Plenty of parking is available with free parking options in the parking lot.

Can’t believe a business that doesn’t believe in Covid, assumes their workers and customers agree. This is a place of business with many people that come through and they have workers who are not vaccinated that do not use a mask to cover their nose-mouth. This is the Carthage Dunkin. I’ve told several people to stop going. These are the places that spread Covid! I am not allowed to be vaccinated due to cancer and autoimmune. I’ve had Covid and almost died and have long lasting health issues . . I can’t get it again! So places like this should be shut down. Time to make complaints to all the agencies to stop that madness. This is a lengthy review, but definitely worth reading! I recently visited Dunkin' in Gouverneur, NY around 12:20 a.m. The server I interacted with was Madyson, and I must say she and one other coworker were the only ones I had no issues with. As someone who works in the food industry, I was shocked to see that some of the employees were not wearing gloves while handling food. I only realized this when a different employee showed me a video of my sandwich being prepared without gloves.
