Is there any milk in this? I could hardly even drink it. Thanks for making me waste my money on a large cup of icy slush.

Horrible!!!! Hardly anything in stock, drinks were made improperly, counter service attended by a guy who not only had no clue what was going on- he looked like he hadn't bathed in a couple weeks. Never going back. View menu

The employees here are just the nicest and friendliest I've seen in a long time. Whichever girl was working the drive thru this afternoon has the worst attitude and kept rushing me. She should be let go! The way she was speaking via headset to other customers also while I was at the window waiting for my food was disgusting. She has most likely ruined everyone’s morning by now.

Early morning crew is fantastic thankyou so much for some of the best coffee from dunks. Afternoon crew sucks so bad. Always forget stuff gets the order wrong or gives us frozen food. I rarely write negative reviews, but I can't recommend this location. I've visited five times, and each time, my order has been completely incorrect. I always order through the app, so it's not a communication issue. If you do decide to go to this location, make sure to double-check your order. I can almost guarantee that something will be missing, wrong, or even someone else's order.

How do you go from WORSE to FIRST? Come up with an amazing daily specialty donut menu, hire friendly, competent staff, that's how! On the second day, I waited again at the second window, and after 10 minutes with no response, I honked my horn. Still, no one came to the window, so I had to back up and tell the same lady that I had been waiting for too long for my bagel. She glanced at her phone before acknowledging me and mentioned that they must have forgotten while three other employees were chatting at the counter. By the time we finally received the bagel, my child's ice in her drink had completely melted, and the bagel was so cold that she didn't even want to eat it.
