Tacos. Tacos. Tacos. This small walk up eatery was effortless and delicious. Heard great things about it and I was very pleased. Had the chicken taco with guacamole and a burger.

we came in the other night and the food and service was great, the server was very out of the deserts were excellent I had the filled sopapilla with red chili and ground bark . we will go back on a regular bass.

Really bad service, waiter wasn't friendly. Baked food tasted like old oil, very fishy. Chile was very tasteless and the tacos were so fat. If it were my first experience with new Mexican food, I would never eat it again. View menu

I'm going to the place to get visitors from the city to try North NM food. green is much more spicy than her red sauce. I recommend the sampler for the first time visitors. the restaurant was extended over the years, so the bar area was built by an old tree wool tree.

Hidden gem for breakfast burritos. I had the chorizo, egg, potatoes and red sauce. It definitely had a kick but not too bad. Wife ate the other half while I ate hers. She had the bacon, egg and potatoes with green sauce and that was delicious. This Okiedidn?t find it has hot and spicy as the chorizo with red sauce. The burritos are big as well and filling. Simple & Satisfying El Parasol is an outgrowth of the neighboring fancy restaurant. This is just a trailer set up next to bunch of beautiful trees under which are some picnic tables. Chicken & guacamole tacos are the specialty of the house. And I can see why. They were delicious. There are a few other items on the menu, but who cares? With tacos like these I wouldn’t ever want anything else.

We like this place but it was a hot day so waiting on the shade of the trees was not so great.ostly we eat hear in the summer evenings at outside picnic tables, in the shade of big trees and with a little breeze it is very pleasant. Had a great pork andguacamole burrito that had nice big chunks of meat. Fresh tortilla chips with guacamole and pico . A cold lemonade and a coldmango drink finished off our meal.

I loved this place. service was spectacular and the menu extensive Spanish Mexican. the restraunt has a history. it began many years ago in a little outside the road under a dach. it has a legendary attached... they go and check it out. I let you find the rest. I ordered the garlic garnel with roasted vegetables delicious. the taste was as if I were sitting in a restraunt in madrid Spanish. cadillac margharita must be. View menu
