"I went to pick up some food, and I noticed they had large containers for the soup, but I ended up with two small ones instead. I saved one for work the next day, but little did I know it had gone bad! Everything was in the bag, but when I grabbed it, the whole soup spilled out. Thankfully, I managed to grab some chicken and corn for my lunch! Next time, I’ll make sure to pick it up myself. Maybe they’ll notice if a container is leaking next time. They were really busy, though!"

I am hooked on the chicken avocado street taco. I only eat one perfect size. Not too much, not too little. Just right

The Chicken Tostada Salad is fantastic; I really enjoy the creamy dressing. I'm not a big fan of spicy salsa, but the corn is absolutely incredible!

Im not sure what happened Original Pollo Bowl is always my favorite with chips but they didnt add pico de gallo, and they added so much salt to the chips I cant even eat them. Very Disappointed

El Pollo Loco is typically reliable, but during my last visit, the chicken was overcooked and extremely dry. It seemed like it had been sitting in a warming tray for hours. I was quite disappointed.

This restaurant is a regular stop during my weekly visits to see my disabled son at the facility. He really enjoys their tacos and double tostada salad. I have to commend this place for being clean and efficient, and they typically open on time. Thank you! View menu

I absolutely love the chicken tostada salad! It's light yet incredibly flavorful. The beans and rice at the bottom add a wonderful touch! You have to try it, and be sure to ask for extra cilantro ranch dressing since they only provide one serving. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

The service was quick, just like you would expect from a drive-thru. We always get the Chicken Tostada Salad, which is particularly refreshing on a hot day. My only concern is that the tostada shell seems to be thinner than it used to be. Don't forget to grab some jalapeño hot sauce to go with it!

"I asked for a sauce, they were upset because I said that the sauces look like water and they don't bite. The meat tasted raw. The waitress went to tell the owner that I said the food was disgusting, which was a lie. I said take the plate away. The meat has raw skin and my stomach disgusted me so the owner ran me away and told me that she would save me the punishment and that she wouldn't come back and she suddenly said things to my husband. I tried to tell him that he was wrong and he got even more upset. I didn't eat and my husband with the discomfort of the treatment I no longer let him eat we left and went to another place the thing is that he accused me that I had already made trouble before for some enchiladas and it was a lie that only let me know that another person He didn't like his enchiladas ? that's what happens to me for accompanying my husband. Lady, you were mistaken as a person, something else, every person who has a food place should be open to listening to what the consumer likes, oh he doesn't like it, I never asked for a discount nor did I I refused to pay, I just asked that she take away my plate, she made all the trouble, rude and arrogant lady, a person who is the owner and is not willing to listen, can't improve, you told me to avoid the penalty and don't come back and I'm telling you, avoid the penalty and Learn to listen and cook if you are an owner and you can't handle a client's request, you will never be able to. With a great work team, sorry ma'am, but you were rude and left us talking alone, you treated us rudely and I just tried to tell you that I didn't say what you said, so now all your clients will know that when you go in there, it means eating and not saying anything. If something is wrong, oh, they will be exposed to being chased away and treated badly. Personally, I could only tell you that their sauces look like water, they are not really spicy. The worst thing is not their sauces, it is their personality, lack of humility and excess arrogance, the waitress clarified tercifially. My words for that were that my husband called you a rude lady for the treatment you gave me. In the end we left and went to enjoy a delicious meal and excellent service and remember restaurants, many customers who leave with bad treatment never return ?"
