Need a better cook, food was not up to par. I had pancakes and potatoes. The pancakes looked more like paper and no favor.

The Mother's Day buffet was overpriced. The service was lacking; at one point during the meal, I had to ask who my server was. However, the food was quite good, especially the beef tenderloin.

This is a very charming restaurant. The staff is delightful, especially Princess, who is extremely kind. Laura was wonderful and very helpful throughout our visit. The food is a step above standard options, and the bar is excellent as well. View menu

Excellent service, live music and nice atmosphere. The **** Mary Bar is skimpy and the Mimosas are weak. Delicious beignets, orange butter and shrimp and grits. the Eggs Benedict tastes canned and lacks attention to detail. Overall, their Prohibition Brunch is a good experience, just don't have high expectations or you may leave disappointed.

The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively with a fair pricing structure. However, the service was quite slow, and the server handed us the check without asking if we wanted dessert or anything else. This was the only reason I'm not giving a full five stars. I really appreciate having attentive and friendly servers when I go out for a special occasion.

Not for lack of trying. Our second time here, hoping it’d better. This is a hotel restaurant. We stopped ordering once the charcuterie board came out. It was pre cut, cubed cheese… the kind we get at the grocery store for snacking, carrots, celery and crackers. This was vendor-packaged stuff and not what I’d call fresh or interesting. I will not be returning. The tables were dirty, and there were hardly any staff members present. I had to ask the hotel front desk for help with being seated. There was no one attending the bar. The place had a musty odor, reminiscent of a house that had been shut up for years. We chose not to order anything and decided to leave for another restaurant. Given that this establishment is located in an upscale hotel, it was quite disappointing.

Mediocre food and poor service. We had a family dinner here and it definitely was a disappointment. The chicken fried steak at $22 definitely wasn't hand battered; it was straight from the freezer like a fast food restaurant. Lukewarm mashed potatoes and my wife's $32 salmon was dry as a bone. Our server randomly picked up empty plates and my wife's was never picked up. Server was sweet but definitely not trained well. Prices don't justify the quality of the food or service.

Arrived for 1:30 reservation. Buffet had hardly any dressing, potatoes or gravy and they were not refilled for 30-45 min. All of the food was cold and very few items tasted good. None was delicious. The turkey was moist and good but cold. Service was lacking in that all that was required was to serve drinks and they took 15 minutes. Considering it was Waterford hotel and the cost was $55 each, this dining experience left much to be desired. I would not recommend it to anyone. View menu
