"Just the idea of an Italian-style fast food restaurant has a certain je ne sais quoi that would appeal to most, if not all, food lovers and pasta enthusiasts, myself included. I was thoroughly impressed by the vast amount of meals to choose from and the amazingly low prices. My order of tortellini alfredo topped with chicken and broccoli, two delicious garlic breadsticks, a slice of cheese pizza, a medium Coke and a big chocolate-chunk cookie for dessert came to a grand total of $12.25 at the window. The portions were a lot larger than I expected so, naturally, I ate until I could barely move and saved the rest for later. I would say that my favorite parts of the meal were the pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were phenomenal. They were perfectly coated in garlic and butter and were basically free. However, the pasta was a bit of a disappointment. The noodles tasted strange and the sauce was bland, but overall it was still a decent dish. The food did not leave me feeling queasy or bloated like other fast food restaurants such as McDonald’s and Taco Bell. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a family on the go. The drive-through is fast and the prices are relatively low. The food, though on the cheaper side, seemed like a healthier alternative to other fast food restaurants and burger joints in the area. I’d give it 4/5 stars mang."

They have really good food at reasonable prices. If you like Olive Garden bread sticks Fazoli's are even better. I'm sure they won't disappoint.

I ordered the pasta Alfredo and was quite disappointed to discover that it had been microwaved, leading to a gooey and lumpy consistency. I didn't want to make a fuss for a refund at the time, but looking back, I wish I had. On a positive note, the breadsticks were fresh and delicious.

We ordered our food online, but unfortunately, we arrived at the restaurant too late. The staff informed us that our food had been finished over 30 minutes before we got there. They have a policy of not serving any food that has been sitting for that long. Thankfully, the wonderful employees at Fazoli helped us reorder our meal. Thank you, Fazoli!

This place is great!!! They got my order mix up with someone else’s and I had to drive 20 mins back home to discover I had another order. When I return the food, With no Hesitation’s they replaced my entire order and gave a little more for the Inconvenience. This is a great example of a great business that cares about their customer. I don?t know why this place is rated so low on Yelp but I enjoyed my orders through Doordash). I travel for work so I have tried many Fazoli?s and I think this place in particular were very generous with the portions especially with the meat sauce onthe spaghetti. I added $1.88) breaded chicken for my Loaded Fettuccine Alfredo and I was very happy with how much theygave. Overall, I enjoyed the food. I?ll order from them again.

This is the go-to spot for delicious Italian cuisine. I usually opt for the lunch specials, which allow you to choose two items from a list by the register for around $6.50, including a drink. You get a main dish and a salad. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The restaurant is very clean, with tidy tables, floors, and restrooms, and the prices for the food are quite reasonable. However, there is a downside. I have to travel 15 miles to get here because Fairview Heights is one of my favorite shopping destinations. Before I leave home, I check to see if the dining room is open.
