"Wanting to go try the delightful mile-high burgers seen in online advertising, a group of 6 people arrived at Fionn MacCool's Edmonton Skyview location. The restaurant was less than half full but it took a while for the hostess & manager to put tables together. Once seated we were greeted by our server almost immediately but that was the last quick service we received.Our meals took over an hour to arrive, not including our slightly-aged appetizers. Our server seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of tables or demands from the customers, it took a long time to also get drink refills and the final bills.Our meals were unfortunately bland, expect for the Farmer's salad which was acceptable albeit expensive for what you get. We won't be returning to this location and probably not to this chain again. If I want a good burger or salad, I'll make it at home for much less."

I have been to this restaurant two times and had amazing experiences each time! I sampled both the BBQ buffet and the new breakfast buffet, and the food and service were outstanding.

Had great service from the time I stepped in until we left. Great staff and a nice menu. Had wings and the "rotating draught", both crazy good. My buddy had the chowder and loved it. I definitely will be going back, could be my new watering hole!

I went to the restaurant on a Sunday evening and it was moderately busy. The ambiance was nice and allowed for good conversation. My friend and I had the fish and chips as well as the Reuben sandwich, both of which were tasty. While the beer was a little expensive, everyone in our group enjoyed their food. Met a buddy of mine for lunch this week. First time there, but is part of a chain of locations so menu is essentially the same at each location, and have been to others. Had a few fingers foods, wings were good. Service was a decent and attentive. Lots of tvs for sports, typical pub grub menu with a couple Irish / British style offerings. Good beer selection. Decent food and service so easy to suggest for lunch or light dinner.

My wife ordered a Caesar salad and we had to ask for more Clamato as it seemed watered down. Our server kindly brought us a side of Clamato, a bottle of tobacco, and spice, which was a nice touch. We were able to fix the Caesar salad to our liking. I am willing to give this location another try, but the 170th street location would still be my first choice. Update: I have since visited this 137th avenue location multiple times for lunch and it has become one of my favorites. It is never too busy and you can get in and out quickly.
