"During a busy lunchtime, it was surprising to see only two ladies managing the restaurant. Given the limited time we all have for lunch, our sandwiches took longer to arrive than I would have liked. However, these two women were incredibly friendly, chatty, and genuinely concerned for their customers; they were truly wonderful people. I mistakenly thought I had ordered a cold sub, but it turned out to be a hot sub. With salad and mayonnaise on a warm sub, it ended up being quite a messy sandwich. Shouldn't subs be clearly labeled as hot or cold?"

Sandwiches were good, but my wife had a hair in her soup. The food was completely ruined.

I ordered on the app when only a couple blocks away and only had to wait 5-10 minutes for my order even though they were short staffed. Order was accurate and food was delicious.

This is one of the better Firehouse Subs locations I've visited! The staff is super friendly and efficient, getting my to-go order ready in no time. The sandwich tastes fantastic. Thank you!

Will not get back to the West-Biege-Locaton..... bad food quality....overagely juicy... Bread was soggy and about all super messy to eat a lot of Mayo, oils.... they were made of cheese... and just felt unmanned... View menu

This was by far the best experience we've had! The staff is incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating our gluten-free and dairy-free options. The store is clean, and the service is quick. We'll definitely be returning soon!

Although they just opened, I had a really great experience. I just order from the menu when I try a new place, a d the Veggie Sandwich is amazing as-is, plus mushrooms. The service was very friendly and very fast, despite its peak meal AND a hot sandwich. Definitely a good start.

This place is a joke, the service awful. The subs are good, just horribly run. In person orders are the lowest priority. Threw out the cold soup. Businesses need to realize you don't get many second chances. My wife gave them one and it was worsethan the first time. Your foods not good enough to have such bad service

Accessed without customers in sight and 3 employees behind the counter. I was immediately told it was a 20-25 min waiting... without customers in the store. I know they do a lot of online order, but that's ridiculous. I've already eaten here and the subs are okay, but not 25 minutes waiting okay. Drove on the road to Jersey Mike's, no waiting, quick friendly service, just try there first from now on.

"The Brazen Head Pub is located in West Bend, WI was neat and clean 90 minutes into the lunch session. This place is essentially a narrow bar with seating for couples along the opposite wall and enough room to walk from the front to the back kitchen area to pick up your takeout orders. It was pleasant for lunch. I’m not confident there is enough to do other than drink to make it worth going there after dinner. The “Good” … 1-The burger patty was grilled to a tasty medium-well. 2- the Patty was supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger and I believe it truly was 1/2 pound as it extended out well beyond the edges of the bun! 3- This month’s “fries of the month” were garlic Parmesan fries… Which were a nice change from standard french fries. The “Needs Improvement “ … 1- I told the bartender or whoever answered the phone for my order that I was a first time customer… And as it turns out according to the website, when a customer orders a BYOB (build your own burger I should’ve been asked which of three types of burger buns (brioche, pretzel or rye bread . Options were never offered which turned out to be a bit of a disappointment as I really would’ve liked to try the rye bread. 2- I requested barbecue sauce on my nearly $16 burger and I only had three bites where I could taste barbecue sauce. 3- for most folks this last one is minor, but when serving seasoned fries, the fries should be put into the carryout container first and the burger last… The staff at this bar/restaurant put the burger in first as my entire top half of the bun was covered with the garlic Parmesan fallout from adding the fries afterwards. It became a problem when my daughter tried the fries and wasn’t a fan. (although I was and when she found the garlic Parmesan sprinkles all over her sandwich, it was hard for her to enjoy it because you couldn’t get all of the garlic particle flavors off the bun."
