"Was looking for Vietnamese food in West Bend and found this gem based on reviews. I called to see if it was Vietnamese owned and sure enough it was. Ordered via DoorDash for two orders of Vermicelli pork salad (Bun Heo Thit Nuong). Dish was so good and reminded back home in SoCal where Vietnamese restaurants are plentiful. I have to put it up there in my top three places that I’ve ever had this dish at. Pork was flavorful, tender and had a charbroiled taste to it. Noodles were not too soft and not too hard. Vegetables in it gave it a refreshing taste when mixed in with the pickled carrots, daikon and diluted fish sauce. Will always come back if visiting West Bend again."

I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch. I ordered the small size pho with ribeye as my main course and seaweed salad as an appetizer. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. Sent in a to go order over lunch and got to restaurant to pick up. After asking twice about my order she apparently finally sent it back to the kitchen to cook. This was over 20 minutes after I had even placed the order (of potstickers and rolls-which should be ready in 15 minutes max). If you like waiting and being ignored by staff that couldn't care less then this is the place for you. Such slow service in an empty restaurant is a bad sign.

The atmosphere, food, and service at this restaurant were outstanding. Every staff member was respectful and knowledgeable, making for a well-run establishment. When I accidentally dropped my phone, a worker quickly picked it up for me before I even had a chance to react. The food was perfect and the service top-notch, making it one of the best Chinese and Asian restaurants in the area. The price per person ranges from $50 to $100. Overall, I rated the food, service, and atmosphere each a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying the Pad Thai.
