"As you enter, you'll find a large menu to choose from, as well as a dessert case displaying the delicious treats available for purchase. The barista at the front was extremely friendly, contributing to the warm atmosphere. The interior has a trendy, modern coffee shop vibe, making it an ideal spot to hang out with friends or to settle in for some studying. There are plenty of small tables for indoor seating, making it a great place to visit after dinner. I tried the Tcho chocolate cream pie, which was rich and full of flavor. The balance between the cream, pie filling, and crust was just right, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I would definitely return to sample other desserts or drinks on the menu and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat in the South End."

One of the best sandwich and breakfast spots in Boston. Always adding great new seasonal sandwiches. Great customer service with any issues that may arise. Boasting a nice outdoor patio for nice weather. They also just upgraded their app making ordering for regulars even more convenient.

The sandwiches here are top tiered!!! I got the smoked turkey and everything was just amazing. I love the cranberry sauce such a nice combo. The sourdough bread is heavenly and they don't skimp out on the turkey slices. The lattes here aren't my favorite but I would always come here for food and dessert!!

Lovely place right next to the community garden. Staff bake fresh daily and have an amazing baked goods cabinet and a small range of fresh cooked menu items. I had baked french toast which was piping hot, had maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar. And a big mug of americano black coffee. Lovely neighbourhood vibe on a Sunday day morning in autumn

Picked up to go and absolutely LOVED the broccoli melt. It was so good that I came back 3 times on our 3-day trip in Boston. It was SUPER filling and all the flavors just worked super well together (including the pimento cheese). Obviously busy to order, but that makes sense since the food is so great. Also tried the sticky pecan bun, which was good! View menu

Everything here is top notch! Fresh, well made, and tasty are key attributes. They have more sweet baked good options here for me than savory vegetarian options, hence knocking off one star. I really wish they had more vegetarian sandwiches because they have really creative flavor options and I wish I could enjoy more of them. I'm a fan of their mousse cakes especially and when they have fruit cake options I always get those.

Good and tasty breakfast that saved the day. We wanted to go to The Friendly Toast for breakfast, but despite going early, the wait was an hour and a half when we got there. Nope! Came to Flour instead since it was just a few steps away. They were also very busy with a long line, but it moved quickly. You also have the option to use the self service machine to order instead of getting in the main line. After ordering we waited less than 10 minutes for our food which wasn't bad at all. Our breakfast sandwiches were so good and filling. Great prices here too.

I tried the Sticky Sticky Bun from Flour a long time ago and had forgotten just how huge it is! I really appreciate Flour's prices, especially since pastries tend to be quite pricey elsewhere these days. This bun was $5.25. The name is quite appropriate because it really is sticky and incredibly indulgent. Surprisingly, it's not overly sweet, making it possible to finish it in one sitting, though I recommend sharing it like I did. Flour lists the ingredients for all their pastries online, but it would be helpful if they could also provide the nutritional information. View menu

We discovered this bakery on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" on the Food Network, and we were especially impressed that the owner defeated Bobby Flay on his show with her famous sticky buns. There are three locations in the Boston area, and we visited the one in Cambridge around noon. There was a line out the door, but we waited about 15 minutes and managed to grab four sticky buns for our group. They were just as incredible as they were portrayed on the TV show—buttery, soft, and gooey. Absolutely delicious! Joanne, please consider opening your next location in Southern California!

We decided to have breakfast here because it was conveniently located across from our hotel. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk, which was excellent, along with a hefty breakfast sandwich featuring sausage. The sandwich was substantial, and the house-made aioli added a surprisingly strong kick. The place was bustling, with people constantly coming and going—there was a line that stretched all the way to the seating area, and diners inside and outside. It felt a bit chaotic, especially since we chose to dine in. The indoor seating area was quite small, and we opted not to sit outside due to ongoing construction. While I thought the prices were a bit high, we had a pleasant overall experie...

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
