"First time here and boy, oh, boy it did not disappoint at all! Traveling through the state and we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I?ve never heard of this chain before but so glad I gave it a chance! Firstly, location was clean and constantly saw employees cleaning. This is such a biggie for me! Bathrooms were clean and you can just tell they are being maintained. As a frequent traveler I appreciate this so much!! Next, friendliness was off the charts! Love seeing friendly people with smiles on their faces that?s a sign to me of a great management staff! Finally, food! I tried the new jalapeño single burger and it was yummy! I know it?s a personal choice, but I love smaller/thinner burgers. The meat was cooked medium well and had great flavor. Buns were soft. The fries OH MY! Shoestring fries are my JAM and it?s so hard to find places that still sell them (or I?m not looking in the right place! but they were perfectly crispy and salted to perfection. I was hoping to try the sweet tea but the unsweetened knob was on the sweet tea canister and the knob on the unsweetened tea was bent all the way down (maybe out of tea? idk. Either way, wasn?t a big deal for me, I moved right along and grabbed me a Rootbeer and it didn?t phase me at all. The only thing that makes me sad is that I?ve never had custard and was too full to try any. Maybe next time! If you are reading reviews to try and find a place to eat, search no further. I promise, you won?t be disappointed!"

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. I ordered food to enjoy on-site as well as for takeout. Just as I was about to leave, the manager generously offered to replace my fries with fresh ones. The service here is truly remarkable.

While unhealthy and not fancy, we sure do love Freddy's! All my son wanted for his birthday was to have our family and close friends come eat Freddy's with him, so that is what we did. We got there at 4:45 in hopes we would be able to secure enough tables for everyone, and we were able to do it. The young lady that took our large order was most patient and I was pleasantly surprised how fast the food was ready.
