Is it pricey? Yes. But you get what you pay for. This store smells like heaven. The massage bars are definitely a favorite. Also, they have this lotion scrub bar. One of the best things in the store. Definitely a splurge kinda place.

My wife and I have been to several Lush stores across the country, and this location ranks high in our comparisons. In our visit today, the store was fresh looking, well laid out and the customer service is outstanding. We will definitely be back for a revisit.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit here. Megan approached me and was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and showed me exactly what I needed. I will definitely be coming back in the future, even though my two children have already graduated from Tulane. View menu

This location is definitely my favorite Lush I’ve ever been visited! The employees are always very helpful (but without hovering , kind, pleasant, and truly seem to enjoy working at Lush. What makes my trip even more enjoyable is how sweet they are to my pup. My dog now looks forward to going to Lush even more than I do now I think! :

The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and engaging. This location is slightly larger than other Lush stores, making it easier to navigate, especially during busy times. I particularly enjoy their Fresh Face Masks, Aliens Monsters FUN, Big Bang Bubble Bars, and Intergalactic Bath Bombs, to name just a few. It's definitely the go-to place for seasonal exclusives during major holidays. We find ourselves visiting here almost every time we head into the city. Overall, it's a fantastic company with incredible core values!

I absolutely adored this handmade beauty care shop. It had the charm of an old-fashioned candy store, filled with a vibrant array of colors and delightful scents that captivated my senses. I found myself drawn to the bath oils, even though the bath bombs looked incredibly tempting. As someone who loves natural products, I also appreciated the selection of hair care items available. A tip: dive right in and follow your curiosity towards whatever catches your eye first—you won’t regret it! You can try out nearly everything, and there are some demonstrations as well. View menu
