I contacted this place and told them it 's bad. The place replied saying I should have drinked it within 3 hrs. fxxx, how come any milk product can go bad within 3 hrs, not to mention I stored it in the fridge. Dont find excuses for your worst product quality and worse customer service! This place never cares about the health and safety of their customers! I love this place! I love the real fruit they put in all of their fruit teas. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey. I've been many times and have never had a bad experience.

I honestly think that this is the best bubble tea place in all of Allston. It's a little more secluded, but every tea I get hits exactly that craving I get for bubble tea. Definitely worth trying if you haven't been.

I took my kids here on a Thursday afternoon (6/30/22) at 2:15 PM, but the restaurant was closed despite the posted hours indicating it should be open. I tried calling, but no one picked up. My kids are really disappointed, so now we have to find another place to eat. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and the staff appeared disinterested in helping us. When we finally received our boba, the tapioca pearls were undercooked. Given the high prices, it definitely didn't meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

This place was pretty average in terms of tea. What's nice is that you definitely get a strong tea flavor if you order anything at 0% sweetness, particularly the fresh brewed/fruit teas, so I would recommend ordering anything not milk based with maybe 25% sweetness to offset the tea taste. The staff were polite enough and orders are done pretty quickly. I wouldn't say there's anything unique about this place though and it falls short in comparison to other boba shops in the area.
