"The food at this restaurant is consistently disappointing. I can't understand how they can ruin good Caribbean cuisine! The chicken in my salad was dry and tasted spoiled, while the jerk chicken appetizer wings lacked flavor and were simply spicy, as if they had just applied too much jerk seasoning without properly infusing it with taste. I appreciate their attempt to give Caribbean food a gourmet twist, but they really need to focus on improving the taste and cooking. Additionally, the prices are quite high. On a positive note, the band and DJ were enjoyable, and my friends and I had a great time dancing well into the night."
