"My friends and I recently visited Gingham's, and while the service and atmosphere were quite pleasant, the food left much to be desired. The eggs, sausage, and biscuits with gravy were particularly lackluster; it's hard to believe that the eggs and gravy could have absolutely no flavor, but somehow they achieved that. To make matters worse, we were hit with a "Convenience Fee" on the final bill for me and my wife, with no explanation provided. There were no notices about this fee anywhere – not on the front door or the menu. When I inquired about it, the cashier couldn't clarify what it was for. Rather than causing a scene over a mere $0.79, especially since others were waiting to check out, I decided to let it slide, but I would advise caution to future diners. The prices are not inexpensive by any means, and the food quality can be disappointingly subpar. It feels like they're charging us for something we didn't receive, as we didn't encounter any convenience during our visit. If I tried adding a 2.75% fee to my customer bills without prior notice, I'd lose over half my clients!"

This was my very first time coming to the restaurant. The food was so good portion sizes are excellent..I had chicken and waffles OMG absolutely delicious perfectly cooked the waffle tasted like your Grandma cooked it with love the chicken was crispy and golden on the outside juicy on the inside (I think those were the wings Maxwell was talking about ? you can tell kitchen staff was on point and the waitress gave excellent service she was friendly nice attentive made sure we have whatever we needed kept the drink refilled I'd definitely sit in her section again. Shout to Chef James and his crew for the exceptionally good food and our waitress Gabi for the exceptionally good service...

Please read the entire review, Ordered the 1/2 fried chicken with mash potatoes as my sides. The chicken took forever, management came over to let us know the wrong chicken parts had been cooked. Finally the chicken arrived but to my distance it wasnt right, the mashed potatoes were cold. BILL manager) came over an spoke with us concerning our meal. When I say he made everything wonderful. He apologized for our food and went back to the kitchen to prepare a plate of roast beef sandwiches and hot mash potatoes cooked to perfection. Threw in dessert.
