"I ordered a pizza but never received it. When I asked the woman at the counter about it, she was quite rude and just asked for my order number, saying that if they hadn't called it, then it wasn't ready. After waiting a bit longer, I sent my husband up to inquire, only to find out that she never placed the order at all. To make matters worse, she had the audacity to charge us for the soda. This was a seriously poor experience, and I believe she should not be working at the counter."

I had the baked Italian sub, and it was delicious and crispy. It made for a fantastic lunch that I really enjoyed! The pizza also looked tempting, though I didn't get a chance to try it.

Expected a authentic NY/NJ “Grandma’s Pizza”.. the crust was crispy but not thin, too many chunks of canned tomatoes on top. I had to ask for fresh mozzarella which added $4 to the cost.. very disappointed. I’m from NJ and I’ll continue my search for an authentic authentic thin crust pizza..
