Pasta was watery and over cooked, it resembled something out of a high school cafeteria or Chef BoyardeePizza was soggy from its own grease.

This place need a MAJOR overhaul. The bathrooms need cleaned and repaired. Kitchen area looks like it was installed in the 80’s and has not been cleaned since the 90’s. Unfortunately the pizza oven was broken, but that way we were able to eat sandwiches. I loved the Meatball Hoagie! The well seasoned sauce, the soft and juicy meatballs and the excellent quality bread. Very good food and service. Ordered dinner for my crew we are working a long day. Sent my guy to pick up the order. They left off the hamwhich. Called them oops on topof the oven. Option given to correct the issue was i could come get it another 20 minute drive or they could give me credit. Of course i dont wanrt the credit so they can mess up another order. And say im sorry about that. A better option for customer service would have been to remake it bc this things cold. Ill keep my business at Hurricane ginos if i order from ginos ever again. I wouldn't order from this ginos if you want yours order correct food hot and good customer service. STAY AWAY unless your okay with a. Below par restaurant

Kid-friendliness: The server was nice and helpful with suggestions when I told her all I had to my name was $20 to feed my family and asked her what did she suggest she then told me what she would get for her family if it was her family all the.
