"The menu is quite straightforward, so I decided to try the pan-fried chicken dumplings (4 pieces), the pork soup dumplings (4 pieces), and siu mai (4 pieces) for the first time, all for a total of $19.56. There was a brief wait of about 7 minutes for my food, which reassured me that everything was made fresh. I absolutely loved the soup dumplings when they were hot, but the chicken dumplings didn’t quite resonate with me—there was corn in them, which I didn’t enjoy, so I probably won’t order the pan-fried version again. On the other hand, the siu mai was delicious and didn't even need the sauce, which was just a small container of hot pepper and soy sauce. Overall, I’d give this place an 8/10. I will definitely be back to try more!"

I really miss this place; I hope it returns soon. They had the best dim sum, and it was so affordable. It was my favorite spot!

Service was quick but the Male employee by the register isn’t very friendly with customers here. He rushes every customer and seemed annoyed. As for the food , The beef braised barely flavor and don’t like that they use reg spaghetti…The quality isn’t great. Probably will only visit for the appetizers or tea.

This is one my favorite places in the city!! I’ve loved every dish I’ve had here, particularly the chicken soup dumplings, mushroom dumplings, beef noodle soup, and duck rolls! The food is great quality at really nice prices, I think it’s perfect if you’re a college student looking for a great deal. I’ve been to restaurants with higher prices but I still come back to Goody Fresh because it’s such a great deal to me. The space itself feels very cozy and feels more like a local restaurant/business which I really like, the staff is also very nice.

This is a small place with limited seating so the concept probably works best as a take out place for those who live in the area. At 2pm on a Saturday I was able to get a seat though. Service was prompt. Decent selection of dishes. I ordered shumai, pork soup dumplings, and the Peking duck egg rolls. Shumai was the best dish. Soup dumplings were the normal size but came slightly cooler than I would have expected, and there wasn't as much soup as some other places have. Peking duck egg rolls sound better than they were. They were crispy and light which is good, but there was too much cabbage inside and not nearly enough duck.
