My family and I came in for the first time a week ago and everything was delicious. Huge portions, delicious food, reasonably priced for what you receive. Service was great too, we will definitely be back.

First visit to Grub. Kirstyn was fabulous! Patient and enthusiastic. Explained the entire menu and made perfect recommendations. The food was excellent, but Kirstyn is the reason we will go back to the Shreveport store.

Had a great experience.our bartender Chris was wonderful. When asked what he liked drink wise he suggested the BlackBerry smash! welll it was awesome! and he has Great service never even rolled an eye when i made up my own menu lol he said no problem. we will definitely be. coming back

I expected more I guess. Burgers were good but not the best I've had by any means. Very, very skimpy on the fries for the price. Like I said, I expected more. Nice place, clean, but the server stunk of b.o. bad enough to smell her from behind the register. Not what you want when you come to eat. Manager needs to take care of this.
