"We did a delivery for dinner tonight and the prices have gone through the roof and you get so much less food. We paid $4.00 for extra vegetables for the Teriyaki Chicken....nothing came. So I called and they laughed saying Yeah we don 't put it on the side, we put it with the meal ...so the tiny bit of veggies is what you get regardless if you pay the regular fee or add the extras on. They have gone downhill over the years! Don 't waste your money there. $24 for half a chicken breast, 4 pieces of broccoli and two tiny pieces of carrot. Awful. Don 't eat here!"

Sushi at this haiku is almost always better than the other locations. I wish they added the same things in their menu as the other locations though. Super good food!

The ambiance is cozy, and the location is fantastic. The staff members are lovely, and the hot and sour soup was outstanding—loaded with ingredients. The sushi was of great quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

My go to local spot for fresh sushi and yummy Chinese food. The sushi is always on point. Great location, you can sit outdoors or in. The general tso chicken was favorite. Was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Also, the chicken wasn't overly battered.

The food was enjoyable, and I was hoping they would offer bento boxes, as I usually expect that from a Japanese restaurant. They also have a selection of Chinese and Thai dishes. The prices were reasonable, and the service was attentive. The ambiance was pleasant as well. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick meal. View menu

I visited this spot with a friend after spending the day at the New York Botanical Garden. It’s a nice little place for a quick and affordable meal. The chicken teriyaki was more like a lightly sesame-glazed chicken with caramelized onions, but the portion of chicken was generous, and it turned out to be surprisingly tasty.

As always Haiku bronxville is consistent. This isn 't your what I call fast food Chinese it 's a step above. Been getting Haiku for over 15 years and they 've always been on it. Tried a new dish which was the Seafood Treasure Platter which I was looking for something not so thick and it was great! Did brown side and their ginger carrot salad (one of the best ginger carrot dressings). And 2 rolls which were great!

Haiku in Eastchester is always a decent experience. Yesterday we set ourselves, but wait almost 1 hour and 15 minutes until food arrives. The better approach is to tell customers that they are waiting for over an hour instead of sitting, taking an order and letting customers wait over an hour. To understand, it was probably a busy night, but in the end it's about customer service. The one we ordered came out cold. View menu

If your going to go for sushi your better off at the Haiku in bronxville, I?ve really tried to give this place a chance but everytime I go it disappoints me. I found a salmon bone in my sushi and you could tell that the fish was most definitely notfresh. Anytime I get raw sushi from this restaurant I feel unwell for the rest of the night, and I haven?t had this issue at anyother sushi place. I?m sure the other food is good but any type of raw fish or substances is probably not safe to order here inall honesty.

This place hits the spot for your local sushi craving. The staff there are all very nice and the food comes fast. We ordered the peppercorn squid and tempura mix for our appetizers and both were very crispy and delicious. For my main dish, I ordered the sushi and sashimi lunch when cam out to around $17 dollars. The presentation was very nice and the sushi was fresh. Overall I enjoyed this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The prices for their regular dishes are quite expensive but the lunch or dinner specials are a pretty good deal.

"To say I was highly disappointed with my experience here would be an understatement. I was with my family of 5 which included three young children and we did not receive communication from a staff member upon sitting down for 15 minutes and that was only because I got up to seek a staff member. At this point we ordered our appetizer, drinks and meals. Sadly, we did not receive our drink orders or silverware for another 10 minutes. Our food arrived in shifts and was not very good. We were unable to get refills on our drinks until we sought out staff. Plates were never removed from our table and our table quickly became cluttered. Finally, we couldn't find a staff member to get a check. I had to get up, find a staff member and ask for a check. As someone who worked in the service industry throughout high school and college I understand the challenges that comes with working in this field. I have great admiration and respect for individuals who work in this field and typically understand that service can be slow based on factors out of the hands of employees, this however, was not the case . The staff here had horrific attitudes and the poor service was due to negligence and a lack of effort. I have been eating at diners for almost 40 years and have never had service this poor. I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid this establishment. Lastly, for me to take the time to write this review should let you know how disgusted I am about how my family and I were treated."
