"I wish I could leave a rating of zero stars! I ordered a medium rare steak, but it arrived cooked medium well. The manager acknowledged the mistake and promised to remake it. However, the owner came out with the steak cut in half and insisted it looked perfect, asking if I really didn't want it. I explained that it was far too overcooked and requested a remake instead. By the time everyone at my table had finished their meals, mine still hadn't arrived despite me asking two different staff members about it. Eventually, I decided to get up and ask the manager to cancel my order. The owner then approached me and, surprisingly, pushed against my chest while stating there was nothing wrong with my steak. I told him to back off, and he responded by saying he didn’t want me back in his restaurant. That’s fine by me. To top it off, he added a 20% tip to the entire bill, including the wine and cocktails, without comping anything. We’ve dined here before and shared that with them, but here’s what I ended up eating for dinner: a PBJ. We will NOT be returning."
