"We go to Methodist hospital at least once a month! This time we stopped here for the first time! What a hidden gem! All the food was cooked authentically and fresh! Large portions and took a lot home! It is between Baytown and Winnie and the traffic was pretty reasonable! The place was very clean and the staff was amazing! We decided this was our new favorite place to eat on our trips! You MUST try this place! If you are on a budget, there are several items that are VERY reasonably priced! "I recently started working in the area and was told to try Lercy's for lunch. The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken fried steak with sides and had it packed to go since I had to get back to work quickly. I highly recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal. The service was great, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the prices were reasonable (around $10-20 per person). Some recommended dishes include the Chicken Fried Chicken Dinner, Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich, Meatloaf, Chocolate Surprise, Cornbread, Mashed Potatoes, Banana Pudding, Broccoli Rice Casserole, Chicken Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Cream Gravy, Chicken Fried Chicken, Beef Tips and Rice, Stuffed Bell Pepper, Jalapeño Cornbread, and Beef Tips with Homemade Mashed Potatoes."

"Not very please with our last visit, we live in Baytown and usually pick the location off of Beltway 8 but a couple of weeks ago decided to give this location a try and was disappointed. I asked for breaded Lizard wings which is one of my fav on their menu but they brought out fried wing with sauce all over it (please refer to the uploaded photo that I took), thought there was a mistake and they'll fix it but instead they said that it's right. had no other option but pay and eat something that I didn't ask for. Thought a margarita will help calm my nerves down but instead it got me more fueled, they charge you $10 for a big bowl of shaved ice with flavor and one or two drops of alcohol in it like there's a shortage of liquor. Not good experience at all."

"On Saturday night at 10:55 PM, all the lights in the restaurant were turned off. When we arrived, someone interrupted us to say they were sorry, leading me to wonder if they were closing down. The staff member mentioned that it was 11 PM, and we had only two minutes left, but she ended up taking three minutes to attend to us. To make matters worse, the young lady at the window, who was the manager, seemed unaware that they had closed. I told her I would call the next day, which got her attention, and she wanted to know who I was going to contact. If their closing time is 11 PM, they should stay open until then. After our shopping trip at Walmart, we were simply looking for a cold drink, but the level of customer service we experienced was disappointing, especially coming from the manager."

"The staff was very kind and they waited on our bus load of students without complaining. I really enjoyed the teacher appreciation meal after chaperoning all of those students for several hours. I forgot the staff members' names who worked the counter registers, but they worked the September 20, Friday night shift between 5-7 p.m. Thank you two guys for your service and kindness. To the decorations Coordinator with the Barbers Hill shirt on, the decorations were very nice and gave a homely feeling to the place. Our students had a good time stopping in there to eat."
