Hibachi Express - Menu

The food here is fantastic! I've ordered from both the all-day menu and the lunch menu several times, and I've never been disappointed. Everything tastes delicious, and the service is quite quick as well. We've tried the shumai, hibachi, and sushi, and we enjoyed every item.

My wife and I got Hibachi cooked the vegetables under and there was so much water in the bottom of my container it turned into soup. The sushi was not bad, but did not get much and we all have the same role instead of two different types as we ordered. disappointment for the money.

I went to Hibachi Express for lunch with friends. The restaurant wasn’t crowded. They offer a lunch special for $8.49 that includes steak, shrimp, or chicken with a large portion of rice, vegetables, and a drink. I chose the shrimp, and it was excellent. My two friends had the steak and chicken, and they said it was good. Overall, the portions were very filling.

Worst sushi I 've ever had. Rice was mushy and horrible taste. Big portion of hibachi, rice was OK, veggies fine but salmon was so overcooked and BURNED that it was hard to bite through. We asked the server if it was supposed to be that way, to whichhe gave a dry yes and left before we could bring to his attention how bad it was. Unhappily it was the first and last timethere.

Hibachi Express is a very clean restaurant that prioritizes COVID safety. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the service is quick, even during busy times. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate the location, as there is plenty of parking—a rare find in Valrico. We ordered a sushi party tray, and it was a big hit with the entire family. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic food! This was my first experience ordering from Hibachi Express. We placed our order online and tried the fried shrimp appetizer, gyoza, seaweed salad, Valrico roll, Mexican roll, Philadelphia roll, and the steak hibachi. Everything was amazing, and despite it being a Friday night, our order was ready in just 15 minutes. The prices were fair, and the service was excellent. I will definitely return!

The lady who works at the reception and takes orders should not be customer service. It is very rude and contemplative and has no polite attitude in its voice and in its actions. As the first person communicating with the customer, you would think you have a kind of professionalism, but no. I hope she's not the owner because it's even more sad. An older couple came to the restaurant before me and she was nothing but rude to them, basically forced to tap them, which is extremely unprofessional. Eating is okay, but the people who work there need a post check. I wouldn't come back even if the food was perfect. View menu
