The owners personally man the grill, which is evident in the high-quality of the food. To top it all off, they offer delicious ice cream for dessert. It's a great place for families to dine. Service is excellent for a sit-down dinner, with prices ranging from $20 to $30 per person."

"The staff at this restaurant are the rudest I've ever encountered! I've visited several times in the past two months, and each experience has been marked by extremely disrespectful service. I understand that they can get busy, but that’s no justification for treating customers poorly. Tonight was my final visit to this place. Yes, it was crowded, but we waited 40 minutes for our food. The lemonade was watered down and unappetizing, so we opted for a flat soda instead. When my food arrived, they forgot my ice cream, so I brought it to their attention. That turned out to be a big mistake. The woman I spoke to became quite aggressive, as if I was trying to take advantage of them for free ice cream. She rudely asked me for my order and still got it wrong. I had already paid for my meal and wasn’t seeking anything complimentary. When she finally handed me my ice cream, she just tossed it at me without a word. My biggest regret, aside from dining here, is not getting her name. I will never come back. I wish I could give it negative stars!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude and unprofessional staff. They messed up my order, and when I called to request the correct items that I had paid for, they refused to help. To make matters worse, the woman who answered the phone actually laughed when I inquired about the missing items. This behavior is unacceptable; you can't simply take people's money and fail to deliver what they've paid for. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I urge you to file a chargeback, just like I did, and avoid this place in the future. I will also be reaching out to corporate to report the unprofessional conduct I experienced."

"My apologies as my last review was supposed to be from this account. I will remove my other review when I get to my laptop. We ended up here because the other place down the road (won’t say the name as it’s not about that place) was packed and did not want to wait 45 minutes to sit. Much like Carousel Diner in NH , this place is fantastic in terms of food. We got 3 different meals and all 3 were amazing (I highly recommend getting the meat lovers wrap). The price is fair; but I have some issues with the place. First the booths are very small, I mean I could not enjoy my delicious meal as I was hitting elbows with my wife the whole time. I’m sure a party of one or two this would be okay, but anymore than 2 it is uncomfortable. Our server was a very nice young lady but when I asked if they had sweet tea and she said yes, I expected sweet tea not some raspberry brisk tea. After finishing my tea, I had asked for a refill and placed my glass at the end of the table; she walked by 4 times, got refills for the older couple next to us but ignored mine. I never got a refill so even though I enjoyed my food, I bet it would of tasted even better if I had something to wash it down with. Next there is not much atmosphere, they have a TV on with no volume, you can hear literally everyone’s conversation to me that’s kind of eh. Lastly aside from all that, this is an issue of mine personally should not be used when determining coming here unless you have the same problem as me. I suffer from Crohn’s disease when I have to go, I have to go. They have one bathroom, which isn’t terrible except when there is a line of people waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes for the waitress (the same one who was our server) to get out the bathroom for me to use it. As soon as I got into the bathroom I already had someone knocking needing to go as well. Like I said it’s not a big deal but should be made aware of this if you suffer from any bowel disease. Overall this is a great place with great food very affordable. I will definitely be here again."
