"This place has lost all its ratings. I came in to order 2 pieces of chicken. The lady behind the counter picked up a paper bag to place the chicken in. I was shocked. If this is how they are serving human beings in restaurants, then small business are in real trouble. Needless to say, inflation is every where but their beef patties are now $3.40. Like seriously. I have been coming here for years and I am sad to say I can no longer support nor afford what use to be a great place to grab some lunch. And to refer this place as worth the experience or the money would be blasphemy."

The food is VERY dry. Gave me one sauce and the sauce isn’t very satisfying. I got j chicken and even the cabbage was crunching wasn’t soft at all.

To put this in the nicest way.... the food was disgusting. this is not Jamaican food. I should've known since the restaurant was completely empty. as I walked in no one was at the counter then a few people walked out and no one treated me.

The food had DEF been sitting for HOURS. Nothing was being served fresh. The customer service was just equivalent to the food?? I was told 5 J Wings ONLY were $10! I advise you to just go elsewhere for an entire meal for $10! ??‍ I won't be back! View menu

Went there on Sunday 4/25. They’ve got some rude, very aggressive, older, heavy set African American woman working in a Jamaican restaurant. Why? I don’t know.If she’s more comfortable at Walmart then that’s where she should work.Won’t be returning.

A strip mall store front and deceptive to look at. You don't come in expecting much but WOW!! The portions are HUGE and SO GOOD! I had curried chicken, peas and rice and collard greens. My son had ox-tail. It was so good. Most definitely recommend!Food: 5/5

Cashier was rude and didn’t know the menu. Food was dry and hadn't been changed in hours. House-made juices are full of sugar. You deserve better. Go somewhere else. First when we came the energy was off and wasn’t welcoming. So we ordered a snapper and we got something completely different and when we got our food we was like that wasn’t ours and she said she only heard salmon and we like no we ordered snapper but she was rude about it never coming back to this place and I see why this place a low ratings. "I came here last night with my boyfriend to give this place a try. The waitress with the red loc was very friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, the young lady with the braids at the bar seems to have a little attitude. We wanted to try a different drink but she misunderstood because the music was to loud. Here the thing if you're not sure what a customer order or if you feel confused then it is always best to repeat the order back to customer to make sure everyone is on the same page. However, she gave a whole speech on how my boyfriend should work on his communications skills. My boyfriend and I was in complete shock with her behavior. Furthermore, we still was going to drink the liquor she made because that's how good the drink were. We didn't have a issue with her making the wrong drink it was the fact of how she handled the situation. I enjoyed the wing but the nachos could've been better. Also, the other bartender with the glasses was very helpful as well. In addition, I will not return to this establishment."

"Just left Chick fil A and my order was wrong. Deluxe sandwich combo and two cookies. I received a regular chicken sandwich not dress and one cookie. The receipt was correct the order was wrong. "forever for the waiter to come over. Ordered drinks and appetizers had to wait, instead of putting in the order he went to couple other tables. Then I had to ask for cutlery and napkins. He finally brought them, gave me the paper napkins and walkedaway with the cutlery to another table, then remembered and brought them over. As I?m writing this review I?m sitting waitingfor some salt and extra cheese for my salad which has no taste at all. 15 minutes later he comes with the salt no cheese. Iapplied the salt to the salad and still not better, just doesn?t taste like a Caesar salad at all. I asked for the managerwhom I?m waiting on now. 20 minutes has gone by and still no manager, so I?m waiting and look down at the knife I got with theutensils and realize it?s dirty on both sides. Still no manager, still no cheese. Sent someone to go look if they see themanager they say she?s in the kitchen helping to share the meals. The food came, still no manager. Manager finally came about25 minutes later. Showed him the knife, told him about all the other mishaps, in service. Worse Restaraunt experience. Manager says he?s going to correct the salad and send hot mashed potatoes for my other company?s meal of salmon mashed potatoes,he also took the dirty knives to go show his silverware person. I ordered steak No steak knife came with the steak. Had tocall the waiter and ask for a steak knife, hot mashed potatoes came, no steak knife, still waiting on the steak knife."

"This place feels just like Cheers—where everyone knows your name! I absolutely love it here. DJ Bobby French spins tunes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the karaoke nights are a blast. He really knows how to get the crowd involved. I've tried everything on the menu, and it's all great, but I especially recommend the wings. The baked jerk/sweet heat wings are my personal favorite. The bartenders also know how to pour a good shot, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I give the food a solid 5 out of 5!"
