"I initially visited this restaurant on a Friday evening and ordered the smothered chicken, dirty rice, and green beans. Everything was delicious, but I particularly loved the green beans! I went back on Sunday and tried a large order of red beans and rice, which was fantastic! The red beans were authentic, not the oversized kidney beans, and they were perfectly seasoned, just as they should be. This place has become my new favorite spot for takeout."

"The first time we visited this restaurant, we found the food to be excellent. Unfortunately, our most recent visit didn't quite live up to that standard. The fries were a bit soft, and the cheesesteak sub my boyfriend ordered hadn’t been toasted, leaving the cheese solid and cold. Additionally, the sub was excessively salty, which was unusual compared to our previous experiences. On the positive side, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. When we requested that they reheat the sub, they happily obliged, and afterward, it was quite enjoyable. We also recommend trying the vanilla Pepsi."

"I wanted to take a moment to highlight what a fantastic server Arreon was. She was the most attentive and helpful server I've had in a long time. She made excellent suggestions, was well-versed in the menu, and had such a warm, friendly demeanor. As regulars at Cracker Barrel, we appreciated her tips and insights, which were invaluable—like when she pointed out that the price differences for my meal were not as significant as I thought. She also handed me my bill in a new brochure, mentioning the new items added to the menu. Arreon made us feel like friends rather than just customers. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and not intrusive, which is a fine line that many servers struggle to find. Having previously worked at Bob Evans, I tend to be picky about what I look for in servers, but I can genuinely say that this young woman is going to do amazing things. "The best food in town, the quality and consistency is on point. By far, the best crab cakes and crab dip in the area. The scampi never disappoints and the NY Strip will feed you for days. The house salad with feta is a winner and those specialty pizzas are incredible, too. "This was my first time eating here and I am very impressed. First and foremost the menu offers a great variety of options to choose from. Among these menu items are pasta dishes, pizzas, sandwiches and much more. The waitress did an excellent job at taking orders, and seeing to each customer's needs in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean as well which is a plus. As for the food, it was great. Everything tasted great and the portions are enormous. It is highly unlikely you will manage to eat your entire meal in the restaurant, so as a convenience to customers the meals are served in carry out containers. You need only ask for a lid when you are ready to leave. Also, the amount of money spent here felt well spent. For two meals our total was only about 25 dollars. Considering you may pay the same if not more money to dine in at other places while receiving much smaller portions, this place offers an excellent deal. If you are looking for a place to go to for good food that is reasonably priced and offers large enough portions to have leftovers at home, this is the place to go.Vegetarian options: I saw that there were some vegetarian options on the menu. I didn't count how many options there were but I can confirm there are options present on the menu.Dietary restrictions: The menu specified which items were gluten free. So if you have issues with gluten you'll be able to find items suited for you."
