"3/5 starsThe first time I tried this place I thought their Lamb combo plate was the most amazing type of Indian food I've ever tried, but as I kept coming here because I thought the food was THAT good I started to get tired of the meal and eventually went to another Indian restaurant called Bombay Beach. Both places are tasty restaurants that will have you dwelling in Indian food.January 30, 2022 4/5 starsI opted for the Vegan Tofu Curry, Garlic Naan, and Vegetable Biryani. The Naan definitely did what is was supposed to, I really like Naan and this one tasted very authentic and delicious. The Tofu Curry was good even though I completely ate around the tofu... HAHAHA, but here me out. I like tofu, but only when I make it. I can 100% try different tofus, but mine will always be superior. So, I ate around the tofu and the veggies and creamy sauce were flavorful and filling. I really enjoyed myself. It also came with Basmati Rice, so the Naan, Rice, and Curry hit the spot. The Vegetable Biryani is a lot. Good price for all this dam rice, haha, but I definitely didn't finish. A good try, but not something I would get again. That Curry, Garlic Naan, and Basmati Rice were my favorite part of my meal!"

I had the best indian food i had ever tried in the USA. I had ordered the vegetarian combo that comes with naan, rice and two curries. The food was hot, freshly prepared and tasty.

I saw reviews and decided to come in. Not bad if you’re in hurry. I’m not local and the entire area looks a bit sketchy. Food was ok, Naan was crunchy like papad, but the Nepali server so very nice.

To start, this restaurant is easy to miss from the street. It may not look like anything special, but the food was outstanding. The lamb curry combo included bread, rice, lamb curry, and vegetable curry. The flavors were fantastic and the service was quick. The owners were friendly, making it a must-try food spot. View menu

Why can’t I select the spice level for my dish on DoorDash? In the special instructions page I wrote 4 star spicy please, but instead I got the sweetest curry dish ever!! How much sugar did you guys add?? Super sweet… quite shocking… why would I want to order from your restaurant again after this? Lots of competitors .. you’re going to ignore the customer request and produce the sweetest curry on the block without letting customers decide how spicy they want their meal?? It shocks me how some places operate …

I got the shrimp tikka masala and it was okay. The spice wasn't there more so the herbs. It sort of tasted like ravioli sauce with a hint of herbs and spices. It wasn't the Indian spice I am used to. I did DoorDash this dish. The basmati rice was also good. The food came fast. I was not in the restaurant to observe any ambiance. This score is purely based on taste and service. The garlic naan got hard fast and was a tad bit burnt. They put adequate amounts of shrimp. But again it had barely any tastes of India. View menu

I wanted to try something different, so I decided to visit this restaurant that I had never dined at before. Known for its Indian cuisine, I ordered the lamb biryani. The man working there was very friendly and asked me if I wanted it spicy. I requested no spice, but when I got home, I found it to be somewhat spicy. The dish was mainly rice with only a few pieces of lamb. For $14, I felt that it was not worth the price. I would not order it again as it was too spicy for my taste and lacked other flavors. Although I initially considered getting the chicken and beef fried rice, I chose the lamb biryani for a change, but I regretted my decision and would not order it again for $14.

The food at this restaurant is amazing. If it takes a little longer to be made, you can trust that it is high quality and authentic. The owner who served me was very kind and attentive. I ordered online for pick up and only had to wait an extra 5 minutes to get my food. I tried the biryani and found it so delicious that I went back in to order more. The customer service here is great and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this place, even if you have to wait during busy times. For those who are impatient, I suggest ordering online in advance. The Lamb Biryani was especially fantastic. Thank you to Mr. Thakur at House of Curry for the wonderful meal! For vegetarians, the Saag dishe...
