Terrible customer service. Very rude staff. I ordered the “fried fish special” that comes with 3 pieces fried whiting, salmon cakes, crab cakes. Never again!!!

Can't believe I paid 20 dollars for 2 Whitening and a side of Collard Greens. I can't believe they would let that leave the restaurant as an order! RIDICULOUS! Its a CHOP for me!

The last three times I have ordered from this restaurant, both in person and through Ubereats, the food was subpar at best. They also have no problem serving burnt macaroni and cheese. View menu

During my visit to Harlem, I stopped at this restaurant and tried the whiting fish sandwich, which I absolutely loved. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service.

Fried shrimp was perfectly done and tasted really good! Stepped in two minutes before closing (I'm sorry but they both welcomed me and was patient! Will be returning whenever I'm back in the area:

I order from this place 2-3x per week since mid July as I've had guest from back home up and they LOVE food and so do I. Nice size portions, taste like a home cooked meal, and did mention delicious? Yum! View menu

I like the food however every time I order something through Grubhub I am always missing an order. For example I ordered three meals and only received two. I am being refunded but the aggravation this put upon me was too much. I now have to find my son something to eat since it was his food that was missing. It is such an inconvenience. I don't understand why people are so careless.

Whelp, they just lost a customer. Called to order 2 crab cakes, was told I would have to use Uber Eats or Grubhub to place an order. Why would I do that and I live 2 blocks away, It takes a good 10 mins for them to cook it. Its way to hot to be standing in someones hot place of business. Mind you the crab cakes are $7 or $8 each. The reason was people order and don't pick it up. Why would I spend close to $30 for a $14 or $16 order?

I ordered delivery yesterday and the food was extremely disappointing. I had high expectations for this location, thinking it would be as good as the express #1. However, the fish was not fresh and the meat was overcooked to the point of being almost black. The taste of old cooking oil was overpowering and the Mac and cheese had a strange chemical flavor. The fries were also not up to par. I am not sure if these locations are part of a franchise because the quality was significantly different from what I had experienced before. Even the way the food was packed gave me a sense that something was off. View menu
