Highly recommend this restaurant!!! I used DoorDash and my food was still hot! The catfish is fried and seasoned perfectly!! The greens and yams taste like My Momma made them!!! Great job Chef!!!

Awesome food, great service. Everything was done very well and flavored to perfection. I had a spicy chicken sandwich and it just melted in my mouth and bursted with flavor. Not to spicy, just enough to let you know it was there.

My Dad suggested we come here and it was immaculate. The sauces on the chicken were so good. The sides were huge and their dessert was to die for. Huge portions. Absolutely terrible! The chicken wings were oversized and soggy. The greens tasted like canned Glory greens – overly salty and undercooked, with large stems. The mac and cheese lacked flavor and didn't taste like real cheese at all. The sweet potatoes weren't good either. Overall, this place isn't worth the money, and I do not recommend it.

I wish I had taken a picture of the that dang perch. Over cooked and the fish definitely wasn’t fresh. The yams weren’t sweet, greens were mediocre with banana peppers in it?? and the Mac&Cheese definitely ain’t baked. At $20 a plate I need to be able to at least leave a 3 out of 5. My husband said the pork chops were decent. Definitely won’t go back, sad!!

I love great food. I love to eat. I love to cook and normally I would post on social media 'look what I did ' but I can 't take ANY credit for this meal today. This all goes out to this east side tasty restaurant today. It taste just as good as it looks! I was prepared to add the sauces but the fish was seasoned sooooo well,, I didn 't need to.Thank you ladies and if you are out on the east side looking for some tasty fried fish, check em out! The food here is good, but the business operations could use improvement. I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks. I placed an order on New Year’s Day at 8 PM, and it was confirmed for pickup at 8:41. When I arrived, the "OPEN" sign was illuminated, so I walked in, only to be met by some older patrons at the bar who were eating, informing me that the restaurant was actually closed. I have tried to contact them multiple times since then, but no action has been taken regarding my refund. This is really poor business practice.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was just as great. My husband and I initially planned to go to the Jazz Kitchen, but since the line was a bit long, we decided to explore and stumbled upon this place. We’re so glad we did! The food was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent. They even had a nice bar and lounge area, which added to the experience. We were the only ones there, which was a bonus for us! If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food, this is the place to go. One suggestion I have is to offer fuzzy navels on the menu. Oh, and the Kool-Aid was absolutely on point!

This place is dangerously good, I have tried it two times and I think it's awesome They came highly recommend to me by my boss and I decided to have them delivered to campus. The first time I had them, i decided to have the hot chicken sandwich, and wow it was definitely hot, I've tried others from some other places and this one certainly lived up to its name, it was a very good sandwich that came with lettuce, tomato and just the right amount of Mayo. Also got a koolaide to drink that was very tasty and sweet. The second time I ordered I got the pork chop meal, and dang was that good as well!
